Privacy notice – Physical cards notification

This notice applies only to the email address and optional preference provided to receive a notification when physical TalkCard cards become available.

Data collected
Email address, preferred version, website language, date and time of the request, and the version of the privacy notice accepted.
Purpose
To use the email address solely to notify you when physical TalkCard cards become available and to analyse aggregate interest in the different versions.
Legal basis
The consent given when you enter your email address and select “NOTIFY ME”. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above.
Retention
Data will be kept until the availability notification is sent and in any event for no longer than 24 months from collection, unless consent is withdrawn earlier or the law requires otherwise.
Recipients
Data will not be sold or made public. It may only be processed by the controller and technical providers needed to operate and secure the website and database, within the scope of their assigned services.
International transfers
If a technical provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will rely on the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to talkcardofficial@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority: garanteprivacy.it.
Providing data
Providing an email address is optional. Without it, the availability notification cannot be sent.
Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
